What kind of products do you make?
I create custom party decorations including:
- Personalised Face Banners
- Custom Photo Cupcake Toppers
- Custom Cake Toppers (multiple types to suit your budget)
- Digital Birthday Invitations
- Digital DIY Kits
All items are designed and made in Australia with love!
Can I personalise the items?
Yes! Almost everything can be customised with your child’s name, age, photos, colours, and sometimes even theme. Just check the listing options and provide details at checkout or via email.
Do you accept custom orders outside of your listed designs?
Absolutely! I love bringing your vision to life. If you have a different theme or idea, just get in touch and I’ll work with you to create something special.
📷PHOTO REQUIREMENTS
What kind of photos should I send?
For best results:
- front-on, close-up photos
- face is clear of hair, hats, or shadows
- high-resolution images if possible

🛍️ ORDERING & SHIPPING
How do I place an order?
- Choose your product and custom options
- Add to cart and check out
- Email your photo(s) to maidesignsandprint@gmail.com
- I'll confirm everything and get started on your order!
How long does it take to receive my order?
Digital invitations:
Proof sent within 2 business days, final files within 24 hours of approval
Physical Products:
Typically made and ship 3-5 business days after the mock up is approved.
Delivery Times:
I ship with Australia Post, please refer to their website for estimated shipping timeframes.
Tracking numbers are sent on dispatch of all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, please let me know if you have any issues allocating shipping at the checkout.
Digital products can be send worldwide via email.
🎈 DIGITAL INVITATIONS
Will I receive an editable template?
No – I do all the design work for you! You'll receive a ready-to-print PDF and a JPEG for digital sharing. Simply send or print!
Can I request edits?
Yes – 2 rounds of text changes are included for free. Additional changes may incur a small design fee.
🎂 PARTY BANNERS & TOPPERS
Are the banners reusable?
Yes! All banners are made with high-quality 240GSM gloss card and twine, making them sturdy enough to reuse or keep as a keepsake.
Are cupcake toppers safe to use with food?
Yes! Toppers come pre-assembled on food-safe toothpicks and are ready to use.

Can I see a preview before you print or ship?
Yes – for personalised digital invitations, cupcake toppers, photo banners and cake toppers, I’ll send a design proof for your approval before finalising.
What if I make a mistake in my order?
Email me as soon as possible. If I haven’t started your order, I’ll be happy to make changes. Once production has begun, changes may incur a fee.
Do you offer refunds?
Because all items are custom made, I don’t offer refunds for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me and I’ll do everything I can to make it right 💜
